Join us on this exclusive tour, and experience the Mud Making process from start to finish.

Tour Details

"Prepare to get dirty on this authentic mud-making experience!"
Are you ready to take it to the next level? Then our Mud Maker's tour is for you!

Offered on a first come first serve basis, or by special appointment, this unique, three hour guided tour takes you behind the scenes of the Red Rock experience, and puts you in control of our special mud-making process.

You will be provided with shovels, buckets, potato sacks, milk crates, and everything else it takes to go from Island dirt to that beautiful red clay that is so sought after. With the help of your guide, you will be responsible for digging, sifting, soaking, sieving, and filtering the clay, getting down and dirty as we transform regular old dirt into red gold. Taking the process from start to finish, you will do it all, and get messy along the way.

The Mud Maker's tour incorporates all of the dirt shirt making components of the Red Rock tour, but adds the bonus of the complete maker's experience, granting you 'all access' privileges to see how things are really done. But don't be fooled! It's not easy playing dirty!

“This was hands down one of the best things we did on our trip. The sights along the way were absolutely stunning. The bike ride is moderate, anyone could do it. All in all - I couldn't have asked for a better adventure in PEI!” -Vernice

“We went out for a 2 hour tour last week and it was truly a great experience. The kids loved it! We were able to see some hidden natural gems that we never would have seen otherwise, with some local history mixed in and we were able to make our own PEI Dirt Shirt on the beach. A great tour and something that will not soon be forgotten!!” - Matt
